At Varun Electric Bike, we stand by the quality of our high-performance e-bikes and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. All returned items must be in original, unassembled condition and include all factory packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why the bike didn't meet your sporting needs.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide specific shipping instructions to ensure the bike is handled safely.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original crate to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at the designated carrier location using our provided label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the bike for any signs of wear or damage; once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
